Louth, Ireland. Mary underwent her training at the Institute of Health Sciences. Right Choice Nutrition open it's doors in 2014 and since then Mary has loved training, coaching and assisting individuals on their different health or sports journeys. Mary is an active athlete and has also completed numerous triathlons and Ironman races. Her most recent Ironman being the World Champions in Tennessee of 2017.

Right Choice Nutrition is owned by Mary Hearty, a Sports Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist based in Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland.

Mary underwent her training at the Institute of Health Sciences. Right Choice Nutrition opened it's doors in 2014 and since then Mary has loved training, coaching and assisting individuals on their personal health and sports journeys.

Mary is passionate about providing clients with a Functional Medicine Approach and getting to the core root of a problem. Each client is assessed and a plan is tailored to suit their individual needs. Mary is an active athlete and has completed numerous triathlons and Ironman races. She has a wealth of knowledge and is highly recommended.
