Energy shift day is focused on healing by moving and shifting negative blocked energy in your body’s chakra system which maybe there for years from traumas emotional or physical which hold you back from living your true life purpose . Release and letting go and we will fill your body up with pure light energy using several modalities reiki dr mikao Usui mainly . It is a spiritual day we will be calling in all our guides ,angels and friends family in spirit. I channel spirit for messages. There will be meditations cacao which is a heart opening drink tea coffee all day and lunch in the Ivy restaurant tea coffee soup and sandwiches.
The day will be different for all receiving the energy as everyone has different emotional blockages grief ,hate,anger,guilt there will be highs and lows as the energy shifts .
