We are taking our practice back outdoors to Beach Yoga Portmarnock after a few years break 😁 - This Friday at 5pm. The last time we taught beach yoga in Ireland was way back in 2017 😉 so we’re excited to get our feet back in the sand & sea 💦

Yin Yoga & Meditation - Surya Studio, Artane Dublin 5 - Friday @ 7.45pm 🧘‍♀️

Sacred Earth 🌎 Yoga & breathwork Day Retreat - Woodfield Retreat, Co. Laois 🌳 💦 - Sunday 2pm to 6pm (includes sauna, cold plunge, river dip & tea/coffee afterwards) 2 places left.

What was I made for? what were you made for? 🕉️💫🕯️

Many of our students tell us they are on the wrong path in life & they would like to change what they do for a living . . & train to become a yoga teacher.

I feel very blessed to have found my purpose in life . . to be able to lead teacher trainings & retreats & to share the many therapeutic benefits of traditional yoga with others!
