h therapy individually to the client's needs, creating a space where they can regain strength, harmony, and joy. In my work, I combine professionalism with empathy, allowing me to effectively support individuals on their journey to health. For a period, I collaborated with the ARC Cancer Support Centre in Ireland, offering support to those battling cancer, as well as providing therapies that helped with strength regeneration and overall well-being. I am currently in the process of relocating my practice to Poland, where I hope to invite those seeking support in improving their health, regaining balance, and restoring joy in their lives. Before we hit the streets for the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon on June 1st, there's a lovely way to warm up and do something amazing – the Mayo Pink Ribbon Charity Cycle is happening on Saturday, May 3rd!
It’s a fun, feel-good event raising funds for breast cancer research with the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. Whether you're cycling or cheering, it's all about community, movement, and making a difference.
