We are delighted that from tomorrow, Friday the 4th of July, we will be open everyday until September. This year we have an extra sauna on the pier so more of you can come and bathe in the wellness benefits that sauna offers. Allow it to enliven your senses and melt away your stress. We'll be here on the pier every day this summer 🌞❤️🔥

Our schedule and booking system is on our website at cocoonsauna.ie

We offer 45 minute & 60 minute communal sauna sessions, which gives you time for 3-4 blissful rounds of heating up in the cocoon and cooling down in the sea or with our fresh water cans 🔥🌊🚿💫

Call or message us to make your session a private booking. We offer 45 minutes for 75 euros and 60 minutes for 100 euros. You can bring up to 8 people in a private session

Hello lovely people! It's Cocoon's first birthday on April 8th and we would like to express our gratitude to all of you that have embraced the magic of our little sauna. Thank you all for the warmest welcome to our new home. Moving to Donegal was a leap of faith, and meeting all of you has made the risk so worth the reward. We hope to reciprocate your warmth by continuing to provide the healing benefits of the sauna. Well done to you for making the time to take care of yourself. We are open this weekend as normal, Thursday - Sunday, and then we're away on our holidays. We will return to the pier Oct 20th with the sauna warm and the scent of rosemary oil in the air, ready for these cosy autumn days 🍁

We will remain open throughout the winter with candle lit sessions to brighten up those dark evenings 🌝
