LET WOMEN SPEAK CAMPAIGNER JANA LUNDEN CANCELLED BY AONTU!

Jana Lunden, Founder of the Natural Women’s Council has made the following public statement about Aontu’s “Defend Parents’ Rights In Education” public meeting to be held this evening at Artane Parish:

“I am making this statement as I believe that it is important to reveal the truth as to why I will no longer be speaking at Aontu’s event this evening on defending parents’ rights in education. Although I am apolitical, I accepted Aontu’s request to speak on the expert panel at this event when they contacted me in early March. I felt that it was important to get the message out at such a public platform so that more parents are empowered to stand up to take action. Time is of the essence and it is fundamental that we push back with all our might and power against this agenda to protect all children.

The Natural Women’s Council, in partnership with Irish Education Alliance, LFJI and Parent’s Right’s Alliance launched our Library and Curriculum Campaigns at Leinster House in January and it has been inspiring to witness such grassroots support by the people of Ireland.

Aontu, as a political party, proclaim that they are firm advocates for free speech yet they did not appear to find it hypocritical to contact me at the start of this week to disinvite me from speaking as part of the expert panel. When I telephoned the party leader Peadar Tobin for an explanation I was informed that, although I have never said anything that was phobic or hateful and my groups have done tremendous work, some of the language I used was “controversial”, particularly when I said that these sexually explicit and indoctrinating library books are ‘grooming’ children.

I speak from my heart and mind without fear as my principles and integrity are the very core of my being. I will not waiver and this latest development has made me even MORE determined to speak the raw truth to protect all children and women. Children are defenceless and innocent - we only have one chance to get childhood right. Children rely on our voices to advocate for their health and wellbeing.

I am heartened that people from other groups who were due to speak at this evening’s event have made the decision to voluntarily step down from the panel to stand in solidarity with me.

In the words of Labi Siffre, Something Inside So Strong:

Direct Action To Hold Our Politicians To Account

Fair play to these courageous women who protested outside Councillor Michael McMahon's constituency office today in Bundoran, County Donegal to highlight Sinn Fein's support for the globalist agenda. Sinn Fein support the State's open border policy, transgender ideology taught in schools, biological males participating in female sports and ever encroaching surveillance.

It is time for people across cities and towns in Ireland to hold their politicians to account. In a democracy politicians are supposed to work for YOU not the State.

The women who protested today had sent a submission to Councillor McMahon some time ago requesting information on what he was doing to protect the interests of locals in Bundoran. The town of Bundoran has a population of 1900 and already circa 1000 Ukrainians are being accommodated in hotels and rented houses. There is now a significant shortage of holiday accommodation which will have a knock on effect on people's income over the summer period as it a traditional seaside tourist town. There is also an ever deepening housing crisis in the area with the influx of immigrants and locals are already being forced to move away due to the lack of rented accommodation.

Councillor Michael McMahon did not even respond to these women to answer their legitimate concerns.

Silence is complicity.

Our politicians can no longer hide from the TRUTH as the people on the ground, like these women, have had enough and are taking action to fight back against the ongoing attack on our fundamental rights and everything we hold dear. What is done in the dark must be brought to light.
