Our wee community is utterly heartbroken 💔 at the tragic and devastating loss of two of our young folk.

We collectively grieve and mourn their untimely passing, and so I just wanted to dedicate this post to their loving and cherished memories 🙏🏽🕯️🕯️

I once heard somewhere the description of grief as the size and weight and breadth and mass of *all* the love and respect and joy and admiration and pride we have for those we lose. I think that's such a beautiful capture of how deeply and overwhelmingly we feel it.
In our bones and hearts; and in the pits of our stomachs and depths of our souls.

Sending love, prayers, support and thoughts to the families and friends of those we've lost, and to those in hospital. 💚

We are together in our grief, and if anyone needs help or support - please remember you're not alone 🫂

I'm still processing my last week spent learning in communion with three other lovelies in such gorgeous ✨ GORGEOUS ✨ training - The Sacred Art of Thai Yoga Massage Part 1 ~ deep, compassionate work that holds and nurtures.

Slow, with heart-open intention and an invitation for release; it's an exquisite journey into self, energy and the spaces between tissues, touch and time.
