Just under 3 weeks to the big day.. hoping again to do the 4km swim across the bay 💪🏼, crossing fingers and toes the weather cooperates too! Any donations towards the RNLI Helvick Swim are greatly appreciated, it’s also a great family day out too. I’ll be updating how my swimming is going in my stories.. I managed to get into the sea yesterday and it was lovely.. I can’t believe I had left it so long to do.. thanks to Johnny for the motivation! (I’m still very much Australian when it comes to the Atlantic! 🥶)

4 DAYS TO GO LADIES! Looking forward to my first class in Cappoquin Community Centre Circuits are great fun way to exercise and the time absolutely flies! It’s just about what YOU can do, not what anyone else is doing and they are suitable for all levels of fitness too! If you haven’t already, put your name down and come along 😄

Starting next Tuesday @ 6pm in Cappoquin Community Centre, is my NEW (Ladies Only) Cardio CIRCUIT Class! 😁 €40 for the 6 week block or €10 PAYG. Adaptive to ALL fitness levels, combining upper & lower body exercises, with some essential Core work.. I will definitely have some Steps involved too 😉. DM me to book your place. **NEW TIME of 7:30pm** Cardio Step is back for another 6 week block. Starting back Monday 24th March at Dungarvan Rugby Club. Spaces are limited so book your place to avoid disappointment! Enjoy working up your step count (and a slight sweat 😅) with some classic Step Aerobic moves with some lower body & core exercises thrown into the mix! Class duration 45mins.
