Our popular chair exercise classes are a great way to get yourself moving in a safe and controlled manner that is accommodating for all abilities.

What you can expect in the class:

🟢 We move every joint at a slow steady pace to warm up

🔵 We then gently stretch different areas of the body

🟠 Finish the class with some strengthening exercises that are all done slowly with control

🟣 You dictate how challenging the class is

Classes continue every Monday in the Dungarvan Rugby Club at 10:45am

New Block of Classes are starting on Tuesday, the 11th February
Strengthen your joints to improve your activity now and for your future!

If your goals are to improve your running, reduce injuries on the sports field, or maybe you want to get down on the ground and play with the children or the grandchildren!!
Strong and healthy hips are vital. This is what we work on and develop in these classes.
🟢We move all our joints in a warm-up
🟠We do some deep stretching
🔴Then, we strengthen all the movements around our hips and pelvis.
🔵Then, we finish with some calm breathing techniques to regulate our nervous systems after a hard workout! 🧘‍♂️
