✨ Third Year Holding Space for Men ✨

This was my third year holding the Space for Men retreat — and once again, it was an incredible privilege. It touches me deeply every time to witness men showing up for themselves, open and willing to do the inner work. 🌿

We journeyed together through movement meditation, breathwork, and ended with a powerful sound healing session. I also worked with Kundalini energy, supporting each man in releasing what no longer serves — stored tension, emotional blockages, trauma, anxiety. Whatever was stuck, we faced it with courage and compassion. 💫

It’s always such a gift to witness transformation, presence, and truth in a safe container. Every soul brought something beautiful to this space. 🙏

A massive thank you to Keith inviting me once again to be part of this sacred work. Grateful beyond words for your trust. 💛

🌟 Gratitude & Growth 🌿

In September, I began a journey of deep learning and personal transformation through the Kobido Face Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Body Massage, and Train the Trainer courses. I also completed Human Anatomy and Multitherapy — all with success, even beyond what I had hoped for.

I’m deeply grateful to Broheda Institute for the Education for the wonderful teaching, the beautiful transmission of knowledge, and the meaningful graduation ceremony that marked the end of this powerful chapter.

My heart is full of joy knowing I can now offer these therapies with confidence and love. I feel truly blessed to do what I love — supporting others through healing, presence, and touch.

Hi everyone happy New year 🎉 😊 🤗

I’m so excited to get back to normal and restart our yoga sessions tomorrow! We’ll begin with a class from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM focused on strengthening our muscles, especially the core, glutes, and arms. This session will help tone the body, improve the lymphatic system, and boost overall health. We’ll also include some breathing exercises to oxygenate the body and support lymphatic flow.

Tomorrow’s class will be all about building strength, toning the stomach and glutes, and improving overall wellness.

Just a quick reminder:

Pay-as-you-go is €15 for an hour or €17 for a 1.5-hour class.

For 4 weeks of one-hour classes, it’s €40.

For 4 weeks of 1.5-hour classes, it’s €50.

Please note that if you prepay and miss a class, it can’t be carried over unless rescheduled within the same week. Classes missed beyond that cannot be moved to the following term.

I can’t wait to see you all and get back to working on our strength and wellness together. See you on the mat tomorrow!
