My services include one to one therapy, group support and mental health workshops. I hold a degree in both Holistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy that has broadened my skillset to work with various mental health issues. My focus for my clients is to honour their story and life events through their unique lens whilst maintaining a supportive stance as they journey through their course of therapy. A holistic approach in therapy can allow opportunities to explore how the mind, body and spirit works together in a way which may inhibit or enhance overall wellbeing. With a particular curiosity in the areas of anxiety, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, trauma and grief and loss, I am keen to work with my clients to tailor make an effective therapy plan that will support them to activate their own inner healing force and facilitate a return to optimum well-being.

Goddess Brigid, please protect my home now. Fill it with your sacred fire to cleanse away lower frequency energies and raise the vibration. I welcome the fresh energy of spring to replace the old winter energy. Please bless anyone as they pass the threshold of my home so that they are cleansed by fire and held in a high frequency. Thank you, it is done.
