Over 55's Exercise class is back every Tuesday at 11.30am and Thursday at 11am in the Pastoral Centre Dunshaughlin. Open to all fitness levels. This is a gentle exercise class aimed at improving fitness levels, reduce stiffness and decrease pain in the body.

Yoga-Tone is back every Tuesday night 8.15pm and Thursday morning at 9.30am in the Pastoral centre. These are open to all fitness levels. These are great classes for getting fit and improving muscle strength, while also decreasing levels of stress/anxiety in the body
