Our Story,
Inspiring OCD Support Groups was set up in May 2016 in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. We felt there was a lack of free, confidential and easily accessible support for those suffering from the often misunderstood condition - Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). So we decided to do something about it, we set up a support group that can be attended by anyone over the age of 18. Its completely free and will be for as long as possible, we hold support meetings monthly subject to demand. Its open to anyone who suffers with mental health conditions or anxiety disorders mainly OCD. Our group is run by a recovering OCD sufferer, who is educated and highly knowledgable of the condition. There can never be too much support available for people with mental health conditions. So we aim to both support and educate people with OCD in a friendly, helpful and open support surrounding. Our home is the Pastoral Centre, Main Street, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. Our main aim is to grow into a successful and national charity organisation that is highly regarded by our members and by professionals alike. Our motto is simple - ‘’support is inspiring’’ Why not get in contact today to book a place at our next group meeting, or just to get a bit more info on what we do. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, look forward to hearing from you, all the best, Brian - Inspiring OCD Founder.
