Happy Sheela na Gig Day from myself and Antoinette.

We created a remedy for Sheela. It had a big affinity for Mother energy, Womb, ancestors. The whole pelvis and hip area with restriction and tightness. Generational trauma held in the womb area.
Sile is the big reset needed. She’s a catalyst for change. For body confidence. And a great remedy for vision.

In honour of Sheela we will be doing a transmission of her at 7pm tonight. If this sounds like something you need pop your name in the comments. I’m sick of Peri / Menopause being demonised and medicalised.

I know this can be tricky for women - but after 40 plus hectic years of being on this planet if your body is struggling during this phase it is a chance to met it with tenderness and care.

Myself and Antoinette are on fire today.

I travelled to lovely Leitrim today to Antoinette’s.

First we began the day attending our Homeopathy Astrology course.

Then we picked the start date of our Homeopathic Launch Pad which is April 17th. A chance for Homeopaths to learn how to launch their practices. We then took all the ideas we had and planned each week of the training. And concluded with sending an email to all interested thus far in joining us.

Upon my return to Sligo, we then met up online to do our Podcast giving you all more info on this epic training - honestly we couldn’t be more excited. Check the podcast out on Substack, YouTube or Spotify.
