A topic very close to my heart, being both a school teacher and a yoga teacher. I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness in various schools in the midlands and I can see the positive effect it has on the children, plus lots of fun too!💛

Due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no Thursday nights yoga classes in May. You are welcome to attend the Monday yoga classes instead, the next one will be on the 13th May (6th May is a bank holiday).
