We are so excited to see you all Sunday morning at our Women’s Health Festival 🥰 A morning to connect with other like-minded women and learn how to prioritise your well-being. Whether you’re interested in physical health, nutrition, strength training, perimenopause or overall wellness, this event has something for everyone. A morning to empower yourself to live your best life ❤️
Your will need:
📝 A notepad and pen for note taking during the talks
💧 Water to stay hydrated but also will be be open for the good stuff (aka coffee) 🤣 Just a little tip - if you are planning on grabbing a coffee before the event, please arrive early. The event will start on time. The green will be ready from 8.30am
