Hi everyone, I’m Christina, a certified hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner. I support clients worldwide in calming their nervous system, releasing stress, and building emotional resilience — especially when anxiety, burnout, or long-standing patterns feel hard to shift.

I’m currently based in Enfield, Co. Meath, and offer 1:1 online sessions internationally, making it easy to work together no matter where you’re located. From this summer, I’ll also be offering in-person sessions in Oklahoma (USA).

Regulate your nervous system with a simple walk 🌿

If you’ve been feeling anxious, tense, or “on edge,” your body might not need fixing — it might need safety.

A mindful walk is one of the gentlest ways to tell your nervous system: you’re okay.

Here’s how to turn your walk into regulation ✨

🚶‍♀️ Slow your pace
This isn’t about steps or fitness. Walk slowly enough to breathe through your nose and notice your surroundings.

🌬 Breathe with your steps
Inhale for 3 steps, exhale for 5.
Longer exhales signal calm to your nervous system.

👀 Ground through your senses
Notice what you can see, hear, feel, smell.
Presence brings your body out of survival mode.

🧠 Name safety
Silently remind yourself:
“I’m supported.”
“The ground is solid.”
“There’s nothing I need to fix right now.”

Even 5–10 minutes can make a difference 🌱
Small moments of safety, repeated often, rewire your nervous system.
