At Compass Physio Enfield, we’re all about helping you move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in your body. That’s why we’ve finalised our brand-new 7-week class block (starting Mon 8th Sept – Fri 24th Oct) — and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎉
Here’s what’s on offer:
✅ Strong & Steady – Build confidence and strength at your pace (great for all stages of rehab).
✅ Pilates (Beginners, Improvers & General) – Whether you’re new or looking to progress, we’ve got a class for you.
✅ Rehab Class – Ideal if you’re recovering from surgery, Achilles, knee, or ankle injuries.
✅ Hip & Knee Class – Following the OA / GLA:D pathway, designed to help joint health & mobility.
✅ Teens Class – Youth athletic development for building strength, mobility, and resilience.
