Had a wonderful evening, sharing delicious food and heartfelt conversations with a true friend . I'm feeling so grateful! ❤️🙏🏻
Trusting friendships are important for personal growth. Some friendships may come into your life for just a season, a lesson, or to show you how far you've come on your journey, while others may last a lifetime. Outgrowing certain connections doesn’t mean one path is right and another is wrong. It just reflects different journeys.
It often becomes crystal clear when others are driven by ego or a false self. Their words and actions don't align, so what they claim to believe in contradicts their perspectives or behaviour. This misalignment reveals the disparity between who they say they are and how they truly show up. It's important not to judge another's journey or ever try to figure it out. Otherwise, you will slowly become entangled in anothers energy and feel stuck, disconnected, and absorb feelings that are not yours. Having experienced false connections - they can make you feel ill, drained, and lose energy, if your highly sensitive, you may feel submerged for days.
On the other hand, authentic connections are deeply valuable. They nourish the soul, bring joy, growth, and support. Meanwhile, It’s healthy to let go of connections that leave you feeling drained or tired. Trust your instincts and embrace these changes for the good.
As true friendships ebb and flow like the phases of the moon, they also bring diverse perspectives and sometimes even challenges, Yet, these experiences are essential for developing a deeper understanding of oneself and others, Navigating these relationships becomes a dance of self-growth, balancing light and dark.
Whether seasonal or lifelong, every connection plays a vital role on your path ❤️
