We are delighted to be able to offer a new course of Art Psychotherapy with Helen Griffin starting on Monday 4th March. Each class will be 2 hours from 10.30am - 12.30pm & will run for 8 weeks (excluding bank holidays).

Helen is an Art Psychotherapist & Artist with post-graduate training in Psychotherapy. Art Psychotherapy is an integrative therapy approach using art materials & guided by each individual's needs. When words & feelings are difficult to express Art Therapy offers a way to explore personal understanding and meaning through creative expression. No art ability is necessary as art therapy is about the process & not the final product. All materials are supplied.

This is a closed group with a maximum of 6 places. Places will be allocated to those who have not already undertaken this course through our centre. Contact us on 086 1724500 for more information or to book a place. Open to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis.
