💼 Overview of the Role:
As an Activities Supervisor, you’ll supervise the activities team and coordinate programs that promote residents' happiness, well-being, and engagement. From arts and crafts to physical activities and live entertainment, you’ll ensure every activity caters to the diverse needs of our residents.
✨ Responsibilities Include:
✅ Supervising and managing the activities team, including rostering and training.
✅ Developing and delivering dynamic, stimulating activity programs.
✅ Collaborating with residents, families, and staff to identify individual preferences.
✅ Organizing group activities, live entertainment, and off-site events.
✅ Documenting participation and evaluating program success.
✨ What We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualification in Healthcare or Social Care (required).
✔ Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
✔ Enthusiastic, caring, and empathetic personality.
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills.
✔ Experience in creating engaging, inclusive programs.
