πΌ Overview of the Role:
As an Activities Supervisor, youβll supervise the activities team and coordinate programs that promote residents' happiness, well-being, and engagement. From arts and crafts to physical activities and live entertainment, youβll ensure every activity caters to the diverse needs of our residents.
β¨ Responsibilities Include:
β
Supervising and managing the activities team, including rostering and training.
β
Developing and delivering dynamic, stimulating activity programs.
β
Collaborating with residents, families, and staff to identify individual preferences.
β
Organizing group activities, live entertainment, and off-site events.
β
Documenting participation and evaluating program success.
β¨ What Weβre Looking For:
β A qualification in Healthcare or Social Care (required).
β Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
β Enthusiastic, caring, and empathetic personality.
β Strong communication and leadership skills.
β Experience in creating engaging, inclusive programs.
