This is what I used to say so thrilled I took that step to walk through the doors of Slimming world 13 months ago and heading for a 6 stone weight loss slimming world is truly amazing

How many times have you said

a, I’ll start next Monday
b, I’ll start tomorrow 🤞🏻
c, I wish I’d stuck to it this week 😏
d, I wish I’d stuck to this month🤨

We still have lots of time before the summer ☀️ holidays, instead of saying all of the above, how about in July you say, I’m so glad I started and stuck to it 💪🏻

I’m so glad I stuck with it the first week, the weeks that followed and turned into months😍
It’s July and I feel great having lost a stone and a half 👗 👖 🤩
