Keir has been in Milton Keynes this weekend representing the Acupuncture Council of Ireland at the UK Conference of Chinese Medicine. A great weekend of information sharing, collaboration and meeting acupuncturists and herbalists from the UK and around Europe.

A great weekend helping my Irish TCM colleagues host our European umbrella organisation the ETCMA in Dublin for their General Assembly. With so many great speakers in town we took the opportunity to host the first Irish TCM Congress as we endeavour to work with and unify our TCM colleagues in Ireland.

We are closed today, attending our national conference and AGM. Keir is current Chairperson of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland. Back to work tomorrow.

Spent part of the weekend updating our training in the treatment of Menopause syptoms and other conditions that cause hot flushes (such as chemotherapy treatment and thyroid problems). We treat Menopause all the time in the clinic. TCM is a very effective option for the treatment of Menopause on its own or in conjunction with HRT or other medications or being taken for the condition. Thanks to the AFPA for the invite to the event this weekend.
