✨️*Join Mindra and Anne for a special offering of Restorative Yoga with Sound Bathing.*
✨️Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in passive poses held for 5–20 minutes. It aims to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation rather than building strength or flexibility. It is ideal for all levels, focusing on stillness, breath awareness, and comfort.
✨️The Sound Bathing creates an ambient space of frequencies and vibrations to complement the yoga practice and support the nervous system. As the body is held in these poses the sound aids the body into an immersive combination.
✨️ Following the practice there will be an offering of tea and treats to conclude our afternoon.

The sacred time before we begin 🧘‍♀️✨️

Breakdown of an evening of sound meditation with me :
3.45 pm pack up car. 🚘
4.30 pm set off on a damp Saturday late afternoon, arrive, and begin unloading the car and set up. ☔️🌧💪
6 30pm getting grounded to receive sound bathers. 🧘‍♀️
6.50 People begin to arrive and get settled.👋
7pm Begin our sound Journey with breathwork, spoken meditation and then begin the sound bathing.🎵✨️
8.30pm Marks the end of the session, but there is time and space here to relax or converse or ask me anything . 🙌💬
9pm Everyone has left , I cleanse the room and myself after the session of giving and begin packing up. 🌬🧳
10 pm Car loaded and home time. 🚘
10.30 home. 🏠🐾
11pm cut this video for content🎞🎬
11.50 pm lights out 💤

Sleepy Spray Yum

Lovely Oil spray mist, camomile, lavender, and frankincense.
Calming and beautiful scent .
Frankincense resonates with the crown and root chakra, lavender resonates with throat chakra.

I have been using it the last few months for bathers to try and spritz on the beds prior to treatment and meditation.
