This is my attempt to pick a winner for the competition... It's not easy to sneak around with a bowl when you have a sound addict living in your house. He was quite comfortable lying on his mammy's bed, and I thought I'd get away it !!! One tiny strike, and he was on the hunt !!! Also, he is losing his hearing, so it shows how far a frequency can travel or be picked up !!!

🤷‍♀️What is sound bath meditation?
It is an immersive experience of meditation through the medium of sound. Frequencies and vibrations created by multiple instruments, such as tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes ,drums, and many more ,played in a way that encourages the mind to relax and the body to release

🤷‍♂️What's the benefit of having at home ?
You get to experience sound from the comfort of your home. You can lie on your own couch or favourite recliner. Be surrounded by your comfort items and your safe space. You can be in your pyjamas if you want.
The cleansing of the house from the vibrations also.
An opportunity to gather family or friends for something different.

● Max 10 persons for the experience.
● I am willing to travel up to 20km from Ennis. Anything over that , travel costs will be charged. Max 60km from Ennis, but the sound meditation is free.
● Duration 1.5 hrs excluding set up and clearing.
●Dates subject to my availability. Expires end of September 2026.

CONTRAINDICATIONS For Sound Meditation
As a precaution, it is not recommended that you take part in a sound healing session in the following circumstances as frequencies and vibrations can be triggering:
• If you are within the first three months of pregnancy
• If you have epilepsy or experience seizures of any kind
• If you have any unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD, personality disorder, or schizophrenia. (Generalised stress and anxiety or depression does not exclude you )
• If you are fitted with a cochlear device, a pacemaker, or have a heart condition. Check with GP
•You can attend if you have hearing aids, you just need to turn them off out pop them out for the duration of the sound.
• If you are intoxicated or under the influence.

Restorative yoga uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support you in comfortable, still poses that ease tension and encourage deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Sound Bathing adds soothing frequencies and vibrations to enhance the restorative practice, creating an immersive experience for body and mind.

✨️Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in passive poses held for 5–20 minutes. It aims to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation rather than building strength or flexibility. It is ideal for all levels, focusing on stillness, breath awareness, and comfort.
✨️The Sound Bathing creates an ambient space of frequencies and vibrations to complement the yoga practice and support the nervous system. As the body is held in these poses, the sound aids the body into an immersive combination.
✨️ No experience with yoga or sound necessary. It's very gentle and everything is explained throughout the practice.
