Last Sound Meditation of 2025. Thanks to everyone who came along to Quin tonight and indulging in cacao and soundscape.

I'm taking some time off for a couple of weeks and back bigger and stronger for 2026.

Looking to do something the limbo week between Christmas and New Year. A sound bath at Quin Community Centre, could be the perfect retreat. Sound Meditation gives the opportunity of rest for some, release for others or space for others to be still and there is no expectation from them.

A nice escapism or chance to try something different during the Christmas break. With this time of year being very stimulating between, shopping, meet-ups, hosting, travelling and responsibilities.
These Evenings give you a chance to step into an ambient safe space to drift away and have deep rest during the soundscape. 1.5 hours of uninterrupted calm.

This time round there will be more delicious food, more sound, more instruments, more time and a lovely gift that reflects the day.
