Lizzie Turvey Pilates - Health & Wellness Coach Lizzie Turvey qualified as a Pilates instructor & Physical Therapist in 2004.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for 25 years, qualifying as an NCEF fitness instructor in 1992. I am also a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist and i have been teaching Pilates for 16 years. I love my job, because I believe that with a little hard work Pilates can really change your life and it brings me great joy to share this with my clients. Most people having grasped the concept of Pilates become hooked for life as it produces great results and keeps people who have been plagued with back problems pain free. Pilates is a not just another fitness method, it is a very precise system of exercises where the message is “Quality not Quantity”.
