Hi and thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I really appreciate you taking the time to have a look and if you like what you see then perhaps you could like and share my page on too! The more the merrier I say! Using this forum I hope to share some healthy tips, recipes and lots of nutrition related information of which I am super passionate, but hey I'm a bit of a nutri-geek so bear with me! I am a fully certified Dietary Counsellor (Institute of Health Sciences, Dublin) and member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapists (FNTP)

I am passionate about nutritional therapy and how by simply eating right and exercising, even moderately can truly transform your health. I believe optimum health can be achieved through adopting a wholefoods diet and by implementing lifestyle changes. My focus will be on creating a healthy eating programme tailored to your individual needs, identifying negative foods and replacing with wholesome nutrition. I offer dietary analysis, blood sugar balancing tips, food shopping advice and motivation towards personal change. As Hippocrates said β€œLet Food be thy Medicine and Medicine be thy Food!”

I will take into account your food preferences and cooking skills, your available time and exercise preferences and what motivates you.
