This morning I was teaching QiGong in the lovely Gregans Castle hotel in the Burren 💚 and now drinking in the fog with the hawthorn trees and the stones. It's a gorgeous precious and magical world we live in. Full of qi, life-force, for us to live, to care for and thrive.
Working with the flow of life, it's a blessing.

We are 2 weeks in, my online .ie membership which gives my students access to an online class on a Sunday and a recording of that class for the week.
There were some questions around signing in and where to find the class and the recording so I made a little video running you through it. 🙏
