Ladies!!! Wednesday October 22rd!!
🩷Once again, Anne O’Hare has kindly agreed to visit us for our October Breast Cancer Awareness Month🩷
Anne is a nurse and a breast cancer survivor who will share with us tips on breast check, types of lumps and changes in a breast tissue, where to look for help, personal experience and FAQ.
🩷This will be part of our Wednesday class so we will move and groove a bit, then in an informal, friendly environment we will talk about the breast self care and how we can incorporate into everyday lives.
🩷Please reserve extra time after class so you don’t have to rush xx
🩷This information is vital for all women, all ages, every stage of life.
