Healthy movement looks different for everyone. We all have different physical abilities and fitness levels, likes and dislikes, time demands, fitness goals and values. We all have our own unique relationship and history with movement.
ANY FORM OF MOVEMENT COUNTS! WALKING, HIKING, BIKING, YOGA, DANCE, ETC. THE GOAL IS TO CREATE A NEW LIFESTYLE HABIT YOU ENJOY!
FIND AN ACTIVITY YOU LOVE AND THEN YOU WILL LOVE BEING ACTIVE!

Pair it with something you enjoy.
Think about activities that you enjoy and how you can incorporate them into an exercise routine.
Watch TV as you ride a stationary bike, chat with a friend as you walk, take photographs on a scenic hike, or dance to music as you do household chores.
