☺️Always great to attend an in person course, as you get to meet great people and meet some familiar faces.
😊Confidence and clarity that what you are doing is effective and simple is ok when it comes to rehabilitation.
🔑That for me was one of the key messages yesterday ,was to keep your exercises very simple but be clear what area of the body, joint, muscle you are trying to strengthen and control.
❓Is the hamstring the victim of other areas of the body, previous injuries in other areas. Not to focus solely on the hamstring.
That was great to hear as with our programming calf and glute muscle strength, reactive force and control are key pillars.
