Wexford this morning at the Riverside Park Hotel, Enniscorthy. Such a lovely group of support workers so enthusiastic to equip their toolbox with strategies to support behavioural concerns in young children.

Thank you so much everyone for the good wishes and kind words❤️Can't believe it's been 10 years!!! Starting out on my own in Enniscorthy Enterprise and Technology Centre in 2014 I never imagined owning my own clinic NorthStar on Weafer St, Enniscorthy and having such an amazing team of professional, caring therapists to support me on that journey, but here we are!! I feel privileged that, over the past 10 years, so many people, young and old have chosen our clinic to help support them through their life's challenges. I had such a lovely evening celebrating with family, and colleagues current and past. Our evening was made even more special with some amazing food prepared by chef Warren Gillen of Gillens Cafe in Enniscorthy and of course Neil Ikbal and his crew from Rocket Science Media dropped in to join us and take some great photos for Enjoy Enniscorthy. Thanks to everyone who made my evening so special. Here's to the next 10!! Nettie ❤️

Children are exposed to various emotional demands throughout their day whether it’s at school, interacting with peers, managing academic pressures, navigating social situations, trying to meet expectations from others, or simply dealing with the pressures of growing up. This can all be emotionally draining. If emotions are bottled up without any release or understanding of them, it can lead to emotional exhaustion.
