About the role
You will care for the people in our care as if they were members of your own family, recognising that each individual has their own needs and preferences. You will help them in making choices regarding their care and support them with every aspect of daily living, from washing and toileting to dressing and assisting at mealtimes where required. Throughout all of your interactions with our clients, you will ensure that their needs are met through the delivery of dignified and person-centred care.
