Funeral mass for Doddy McGee 29/9/25

The peaceful death has taken place of Doddy McGee Derryreel, Falcarragh surrounding by his loving family. Predeceased by his mother Annie and cousin Michael McGee. Sadly, missed by his loving wife Mary, daughters Mary B (Éamonn), Rosanne (Eamonn) and Margaret (Brian), grandchildren Eamonn, Shaun, Caoimhe and Odhrán and a wide circle of family and friends.

Remains reposing at his late residence in Derryreel, Falcarragh on Saturday 27th September & Sunday 28th September from 12pm with rosary both nights at 9pm. Family time on the morning of the funeral. Funeral mass will take place on Monday 29th September at 1pm in St Finian’s Church, Falcarragh F92 N6Y9 with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Patricia 'Patsy' 'Pat' McFadden Newtown, Falcarragh and Ballyvary Co Mayo.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband John Joe McFadden, parents Harry and Annie McConway and brother John. Dear mother of sons Anthony (Olivia), Alan (Natalia), Johnny (Aoibhean) and Ian (Sinead).

Proud grandmother of Aoife, Carys, Luca, Jack, John Joe, Jamie, Senan, Ailbe, Zander and Terry, Precious sister of Tom (Kathleen), Harry (Patricia) and Phil Nally (Frank) and sister in-law Mary. Fun and friendly aunt for her many nephews and nieces. Special friend for many in Donegal and Mayo.

Remains reposing at her late residence in Newtown Falcarragh on Sunday 6th July from 12.30pm - 9pm and again on Monday 7th July 10.30am to 9pm with rosary both nights at 9pm. Family time after the rosary and on the morning of the funeral.

Funeral from there on Tuesday 8th July for 12pm mass in St Fionan's Church Falcarragh F92 N6Y9 with burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The sudden death has occurred at his home of Brendan Keyes, Ickenham, London and formerly of Falcarragh. Predeceased by his parents Johnny and Kathleen Keyes. Brendan will be sadly missed by his loving wife Celia, sons Damian and Chris, daughter Amanda, daughters in-law Jeanette and Gemma, son in-law Steve and all his adoring grandchildren, his brother John, sisters Ann, Kathleen, Pat & Mary, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernadette's Church in Hillingdon on Thursday 15th May at 11am

The family of the late Evelyn McGee wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. To those who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, messages of sympathy and to those who donated to the Renal Dialysis Unit. Our gratitude and appreciation to our kind neighbours and friends, to those who brought food, those who assisted with traffic management and those who travelled long distances to be with us.

A sincere word of thanks to Fr John Boyce, Fr John Joe Duffy and Fr Martin Doohan who officiated at the mass and to Bridget for the lovely singing and music. A special word of thanks to all the wonderful people in the Renal Dialysis unit who cared for mum, and to the kind taxi drivers. Also thank you to her carers for all their kindness and to the staff of Falcarragh Health Centre.
Thanks to Sweeney Funeral Directors for their professionalism, support and guidance, and to the staff of Ionad Naomh Fionnan, Falcarragh for organising refreshments after the funeral. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
