“I am sore and tired for years, It’s just the way or age”
In my clinic I hear this nearly day and I know it can be injuries both old and new, we do get less flexible as we get older especially if we don’t exercise/ stretch properly or eat well etc. Our busy lives don’t help.
But you can take 5!
Even 5 to 10 minutes go out side be by yourself take a few long deep breaths and just be.
