Part 8 – Redevelopment of St. Joseph’s Convent, Ferbane

propose to carry out development at St. Joseph’s Convent, Main Street, Ferbane.

The development consists of:
ℹ️ The redevelopment of St. Joseph’s Convent, ancillary buildings and grounds to incorporate a multi-purpose community/enterprise/learning space.
ℹ️ the refurbishment of the convent building and assembly hall;
ℹ️ the construction of a new two-storey extension with a new accessible three-storey staircase/lift to the existing convent building;
ℹ️ the demolition of a prefabricated structure, two-storey outbuilding, concrete portal frame classrooms and storage buildings;
ℹ️ creation of a linear River walk amenity;
ℹ️ a new vehicular access from the Ballycumber Road, parking provision and all associated site works.

We will be closed on Good Friday between 2.30 and 4.30 in the afternoon.

We will be closed on Sunday and Monday for the Bank Holiday, reopening Tuesday at our usual time of 9am

For the safety of our staff and customers we are advising that the pharmacy will be closed until 1pm tomorrow Friday 24th of January.

This may be reviewed as weather warnings change or depending on road closures etc.

The pharmacy will be open till 7pm this evening, Thursday 23rd of January, to facilitate collection of medicines.

We want to wish all our patients, customers and their families good health and a safe and Happy Christmas! And a thank you for all the kind words and generous tokens of appreciation received over the past weeks!

As we close the doors for a couple of days rest and time with our loved ones, after a busy few weeks in the pharmacy, we are very grateful for our fabulous staff. Justin and Ciarán would like to thank Aoife, Ava-Grace, Barbara, Cora, Emma, Margaret, Meadhbh, Petula and Tara for all their hard work this year.

The pharmacy will reopen on Friday 27th December at 9am.
