๐We are lucky enough to be helping Irish Olympic rower Fintan McCarthy with his recovery prior to him going over seas!
With recovery being a huge aspect of training and performance in general for Fintan, our recovery boots have helped him recently.
You can see here from the WHOOP strap he wears, that Fintan's recovery numbers have gone up since using our recovery programme, and therefore will be allow him to perform at an even higher intensity, each time he hits the water!

๐ช Recovery Compression Boots help recovery among many other things. If recovery time is reduced, then it gives athletes the opportunity to improve performance and intensity!
๐In one study, compression boots made statistically significant reductions to โskeletal muscular oxidative stress and proteolysis markers during recovery from heavy resistance.โ

This translates to less muscle soreness, and the negative pains associated with it.
๐ช We would also expect to see an improvement in pressure to pain threshold (PPT) and decrease in blood lactate concentrate.
