Amazing news for my Coco 💖

At age 16, this little lady went in for surgery for 8 teeth to be removed!!

Her blood work showed that she is in otherwise amazing health and I couldn’t be happier 🙏

Our biggest battle now is her arthritis but the vet has told me if we can keep her mobile to maintain her quality of life, we could have years together 💖

I hear people too often write off Coco and any older dogs when they start to slow up or struggle to do things and this just goes to show that they are tougher than you think and it is ALWAYS worth the investigation!

There’s no such thing as ‘ah she’s just getting old’! Strength, flexibility and function can nearly always be improved to some degree to keep our friends going and comfortable 🐕

This little queen has plenty of life left in her and I’m so grateful for all my time with her 💖

Here she is at the beach for a super short splash and in the garden just 3 days post-op.

Another few days of mushy food while she heals and a check up next week 🐶
