There are so many benefits to reflexology treatments during pregnancy, helping digestive issues, fatigue, stress, anxiety and headaches but it's also a really nice time to treat yourself or a loved one to a bit of well deserved time out. If you are past your due date, there are even induction techniques that can be used 😉

I can't believe it has only been five months since I opened my doors, I feel so blessed to be able to fuse together my reflexology treatments with Reiki and energy healing to provide a more holistic treatment offering not just physical healing but also energetic and spiritual too.
I have two new groups starting in Fermoy and Tallow as well as my two groups already started in Fermoy FET Centre 🙂
So there is limited availability for 1:1 bookings left for the month. My available times are in the post above, including my availability for the week of mid-term break.
