My page shares inspirational thoughts and sayings, it tells people where I am and invites them to join me either physically or spiritually. Life is for living loving & giving and if my page creates a space for hope, a chink of light, brings a smile or moves someone forward to a better place, so be it. Many moons ago I felt a strong desire to assist people and affirmed this to spirit in a simple dedication that mentioned please let me be a light bringer, only twice have I wished these words unsaid: when I lost the love of my life and later when I thought I'd found him and it wasn't to be. The moment passed and luckily spirit weren't listening! From that simple dedication Spirit Essence grew and each time I stepped away and forgot to listen to follow my guidance the results tested my faith and trust! Sometime later I attended a business network meeting and the speaker was amazing, he had written a book called The Soul Millionaire, I was so inspired by his talk and how he came by the title, that I too wished I could touch a million souls, I got the same feeling as before and so the quest is on....
It is hard to track how many hearts, how many souls I have touched, as the ripple effect happens, I help someone to burn brighter and they pass that light on. All I know is through my work so far I feel inspired to keep going and whenever I feel that it's all too much I reconnect with the spirit essence and the energy of love and joy. I'm as passionate about my work today as I was when I started and my love of Crystals, Reiki,Healing and connecting as a medium and psychic continues to evolve. I love my work and the buzz from seeing others find their joy. My path is forever expanding and leading me beyond my self imposed limitations. (sometime smoothly and effortlessly: when I go with the flow and the guidance;at other times challenging and painfully slow!)
I've learnt that life is a journey, a stream of energy not always flowing in our favour, yet always providing the stimulus to move us forward

There's been some great films shown at the Hook Film Club so far this season and the next one "Kidnapped" is set to follow this trend.
