So many of us are grieving at this time. Grieving for the pain and suffering of others, the unimaginable heartache and despair, caused by other human beings. We are grieving the greed, the dillusion, the disconnection that is causing so much death and destruction.
Just to bear witness is harrowing and heart-breaking and we feel helpless and hopeless, but we are not.
More than ever, we need to hold on to our humanity, our love, our compassion, our belief in our goodness and the goodness of others. If we want a better world we need to create one. We need to be the masters of our own destiny and remember that we are powerful co-creators with spirit, with God, with our higher selves, and with the Earth herself.
What are our truths and values and how can we nurture them? How can we best follow the calling of our hearts? Go within and listen to your inner wisdom. Believe in the power of love, wisdom, authenticity and truth.
As we remember who we are and why we are here, we can better trust our individual paths, our hearts desires, our souls calling and dream our dreams alive; dreams of a more loving, caring, peaceful and harmonious world, where all life is respected. May our consciousness be raised to see and know this.
Let's give our energy and our broken hearts to that, to all that we know is good and real, to the love and to the light. This is not an easy time, it is not meant to be, but all shall be well. Stay the path. You are not alone. We are not alone. Go gently and with love 💗🙏💗
Grief touches not only the heart,
but the body as well.
It may bring heaviness to your chest,
weariness to your bones,
and restlessness to your nights.
In these moments, be gentle with yourself.
Breathe deeply.
Rest when you are tired.
Nourish your body with food and water,
for they are quiet forms of healing.
Walk slowly.
Stretch softly.
Feel the earth beneath your feet.
Allow your tears to come when they need to,
and let silence hold you
when words cannot.
Lean on those who care for you,
for grief was never meant
to be carried alone.
Above all, give yourself time.
Healing moves like the tide,
it rises and falls,
and with each wave,
your spirit learns new ways
to carry what you have lost.
Trust that even in sorrow,
your body and spirit
know the way forward.
