Flex Physio and Sport Injury Clinic has now joined with Results Ireland Gym to bring to top level fitness and injury treatment. Currently we look after the Corinthians Junior team and have provided cover for a number of GAA and College teams. The Clinic offers a number of treatments and rehabilitation programs.

As the journey to the World Cup in Australia begins for the Irish rugby students and myself, I would like to announce that Flex Physio has closed its doors. Things are really beginning to move forward between working with the Irish team and starting a new business venture in September (further details of this will be posted in the coming weeks). I would like to thank everyone that has been a part of Flex Physio and hope to see ye again in September. I would like to wish the student team the best of luck and hopefully we can reach great things together.

The NUIG ladies entered the history books becoming the first team to win back to back intervarsities, the college league and the Connacht league. What a proud moment for these very talented, dedicated and hard working ladies. It's been a pleasure to work with ye.

NUIG made it back to back All Ireland titles yesterday and picked up their second trophy of the season. NUIG over came UL 10-7 in a hard fought match, with the league final to come in 2 weeks NUIG are leading the way in women's rugby. Proud to be a part of it.

Congratulations to the NUIG ladies rugby team on winning the inter-varsities cup. Two years in a row. This marks the 5th trophy I have won with the ladies and my 10th trophy since starting Flex Physio. It has been an honour and a lot of fun working with this team and a great bunch of ladies.

It has just been over a year since Flex Therapy and Sports Injury Clinic opened its doors. Thank you to all my clients for their support and kind wishes. I am delighted to announce that the Irish student's rugby team have asked me to be their physio for the 2017 World Cup in Australia.It will be such an honour to represent the national team at the world cup and a dream come true. Thank you to everyone for your support, encouragement and well wishes. Can't wait for the next year ☺

A great weekend spent with a great bunch of lads. It has been an honour to work the Irish team over the last few months and to be a part of the warm ups for the world cup next year. It's world cup qualifications time and the Irish team will be making the trip to Italy for their first match against Italy. I would like to wish the team the best of luck, looking forward to working with a great bunch of lads for the tour. The clinic will unfortunately be closed while I will be away and reopen on the 13th of September.

After what was an amazing experience working with the Irish team in Scotland I now been given the news that I will be covering the Irish under 19's and academy team until January 2017. This will include world cup test matches in Dublin, Italy and Spain. Looking forward to working with the Irish set up again.

What an honour and joy it has been working with the Irish team for the 4 nations the past week in Edinburgh. It has been an amazing oppurtunity to work at international level rugby with a great team and a great bunch of lads. I would like to thank everyone involved and to let them know Im very thankful for the signed jersey.

A great win for the Irish team against Wales yesterday with Ireland winning 42-20.I think it was one of the busiest days I have worked so far but it was a joy to be their at the end to celebrate the victory. Next up Scotland.

I have been given an amazing opportunity to work with the Irish academy squad for their up coming tour in Scotland. This will mean the clinic will be closed from the 11th of June till the 20th of June to allow me to travel with the team. I would like to thank everyone for all the support over the last few months and I'm looking forward to the challenge of working with the Irish team.
