Today Eoin will be running the entire length of county Galway from the River Shannon to the Atlantic Ocean 172km💥 That’s 4 Marathons back to back to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s association of Ireland and for his dad John 🥰Please show your support by donating if you can 🙏 ❤️

A special thanks to Maeve for the vouchers 🥰 Paddy in Ballybane Pharmacy for the lovely Christmas gifts for our residents 🎁 Nurse Mary for being Santa, Berni for all the organising and decorations 🎉 Castlegar National School for the Carols, Fr Noel, Galvian Way and Maeve for the music at our residents Christmas party 🎶 Chefs Aisling and Paul for all the delicious food!! 🥰 and all the Care Team for everything they have done throughout the year ❤️

We had a great week in Caiseal Geal and Lana did a fantastic job making the place look so nice with all the decorations 🌸🐣
Thanks to our relatives and friends for the lovely gifts. Big thanks to the Menlo Scouts who dropped in gifts, treats and cards for our residents. 🥰

Thanks so much to Wooly Farm for the visit yesterday!! 🥰 We had great fun and everyone really enjoyed seeing all the animals 🐑🐷
We had the opportunity to hold the rabbits, 🐇🐰 Guinea pigs, ducks and hens. We were able to pet the miniature pig, dog, goat and sheep.🐔🐐 The animals also went around and visited residents in their rooms.
Looking forward to seeing you all again soon!!!! ❤️

We had our residents Christmas party on Sunday. 🎉Thanks to the staff who took part and made it so special for our residents! ❤️
Big thanks to Megan and Camryn, Leighton the entertainer, the wondeful carol singers, Chef Aisling for the delicious food, Ballybane pharmacy for the lovely gifts and Santa Henry for giving them out at our Christmas Party!! 🎄

Also thanks so much to the carol singers from Castlegar National School and their teachers who performed for us on Monday and to Irish Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh who kicked off the Christmas season with a performance at the start of the month - what a treat that was!!!! 😘☃️
