Tá ranganna aclaíochta Siel Bleu ag tosú ar na hoileáin i mí Feabhra, ar Inis Bó Finne, Inis Mór, Inis Meáin agus Inis Oírr.

Tá na ranganna seo dírithe ar sheandaoine agus ar dhaoine atá ag maireachtáil le galar ainsealach, le béim ar neart, cothromaíocht, soghluaisteacht agus folláine iomlán. Tá siad oiriúnach do gach leibhéal cumais agus tá fáilte roimh chách.

Beidh ranganna seachtainiúla ar siúl ag amanna éagsúla ar fud na n-oileán, le cuid acu ag freastal go pearsanta agus cuid eile ar líne.
Tá clárú riachtanach – féach na póstaeir le haghaidh tuilleadh eolais.
