PALS Autism Support Group

PALS Autism Support Group PALS is a group of volunteers supporting autistic people and their families. We run events throughout the year including summer activities & family days.

We include the whole family to lesson isolation. We also run numerous coffee mornings and workshops PALS autism support group is based in Loughrea, Co Galway. We support our members with meet ups in the form of coffee mornings monthly. Evening meet ups once a month. We organise activities for our members. We advocate for our members around service provision. We advocate around transitioning services for children turning 18 into adulthood. We have liased with Irish Wheelchair Association to ensure services locally for our age 18 + yrs. We are affiliated with Arch Clubs and DFI ( Disability Federation of Ireland). We also have a private Facebook group for our members only, which regularly posts up dates on our activities and a private WhatsApp group. We can be contacted by email palsgroup20@gmail.com

😃What a night! Huge thanks to everyone who attended the PALS Table Quiz last night at McNamee's , it was a brilliant night, lots of fun and vital funds raised for our Summer Activities Program.
😃Thanks to everyone who supported our raffle, bought tickets & donated prizes. Thanks to our winners of 1st & 2nd prizes who kindly donated their prize money to PALS.
😃We are so grateful to Walter, Deirdre, Colm, Nick, Johnny, Rob and Kieran for putting together a great quiz for us ... and always thanks to the wonderful Gary Kilcar for looking after us all.
