As explained on ’s podcast, chronic stress changes how we breathe, making it fast, shallow, and through the mouth. This keeps the body in “fight or flight” mode and reinforces feelings of overwhelm.
✨ The good news? You can calm your mind in minutes — simply by changing the way you breathe.

Here are Patrick’s tips to reset and reduce overwhelm:
🌿 Breathe through your nose, not your mouth (Wear MyoTape)
🌿 Slow your breathing — aim for ~6 breaths per minute
🌿 Use your diaphragm (feel your belly rise and fall)
🌿 Try short, gentle breath holds (if healthy)
