Very grateful to be able to spend this evening with women who decided to give themselves a few hours of rest 😌
restorative yoga is one of the most powerful ways to move in to rest and digest mode 🙌
To lower cortisol and build mental resilience by lying in stillness for long periods of time. 🧘🏼♀️
I ❤️ this yoga style and was so happy to see these women come and put themselves first.
