1. Do first few sessions by yourself - other people may result in you doing too much in the early stages.

2. Section your runs - do 3 x 5-10 minute blocks with aim of exploring your tolerance to load.

3. Opt for flat terrain to avoid any potential asymmetry or load shifting- uneven repetitive impact through an old injury can cause irritation.

4. Check in with your physiotherapist after the first week to see if the program needs modification.

West Coast Physio is growing and we are currently seeking to hire another practice administrator who will join the team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will require strong customer service and computer skills. 💻
