Lost of little ones havae enjoyed their Christmas break and have some big feelings hoing back to school tomorrow (as do the adults🫣) so I am rescharing this short facial reflexology to do to help support them with worry - to help relax and calm them.

It's important to work the points slowly and gently, taking your time with light pressure.
A crystal or the back of a teaspoon can also be nice to use on the forehead.
