🎃 Happy Halloween from Sole Scent Wellness! 👣🕸️ If you’ve over-indulged in Halloween treats or your nerves are feeling a little spooked, here’s a little reflexology trick to bring you back to balance:

Try massaging the solar plexus point—
👣On the feet: t’s found in the center of each foot, just below the ball.
✋️On the hands: It’s in the middle of your palm, roughly where it feels softest when you press in gently.

This spot helps calm anxiety, ease digestion, and restore inner peace — perfect after a night of sweets and scares! 🍬💀

Take a deep breath, press gently, and let your energy settle.

The body speaks through energy. Meridians are the pathways that carry Qi(ENERGY) through every organ system etc...of the body.

After shock, trauma, grief... a meridian can stay 'switched on' or out of balance...

You might feel this as:
• Feeling “on edge” or hypervigilant

• Restlessness, insomnia, or brain fog
• Emotional numbness or overreaction

Remembering Our Little Boy, Dáithí Staunton 💙

15TH of October — Baby Loss Remembrance Day

In July 2018, our world changed forever. We met our beautiful little boy, Dáithí, but we never got the chance to bring him home the way we dreamed of to meet his big brother. He was perfect and peaceful, and in that moment, our hearts broke and filled with love all at once.

No parent should have to say goodbye before they say hello. Yet here we are, seven years later, still missing him, still loving him, still saying his name. The pain of losing Dáithí hasn’t disappeared — it’s changed shape, softened in places, but it remains a part of who we are. He is a part of our family story, forever.

Today, on Baby Loss Remembrance Day, we join countless other families lighting candles for the babies who could not stay. At 7pm, we will light one for Dáithí — for the tiny hands we never held long enough, for the dreams we still carry, and for the love that never fades.

To any parent walking this road: you are not alone. Your baby matters. Their name matters. Their story matters.
We see you, we hold space for your grief, and we remember with you.
