Pilates ~ rehab and movementπ§ββοΈ
Come and Join our pilates class on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays starting Jan 13th!
Tuesdays class is for men only. All classes will help improve movement, core stability, posture and joint control. Pilates is ideal for back stiffness, returning to training or building a strong foundation.
These classes are suited for all fitness levels and abilities. Low impact, the exercises can be tailored to individual needs.
