We had great fun in group this week with lots of chat around free/low syn treats we can enjoy around Halloween to keep us on track 👌 plus we crowned our newest target member Margaret, who has lost over 1.5 stone in just 16 weeks!!🙌🎉🎉

Hope all the trick or treaters have the best time tonight 🎃👻🧙‍♀️ I can't wait to see the costumes!!

Killannin Community Centre, Rosscahill - 7km past Moycullen/Oughterard, take the turn off signposted 'Killannin & Brigits Gardens' and continue for about 1 mile until you see the pitch and the church on your left - the community centre is down at the back of the car park and we're in the first door on your right!

We also have a fantastic circuit class for SW members upstairs after group (completely optional of course 😉) with Brian from 11am-12pm so you can start your weekend in the best possible way 💪🥰

New members always welcome. Pop along at 9.30am - you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome and a nice hot cuppa ☕️🤗
