Sunday's Stretch & Dip in the stunning & well maintained Circle of Life Garden, Salthill
Gentle Flow standing yoga followed by a courageous dip in the salty sea

August's Full Moon
19.08.24

Normally called the Sturgeon Moon, I've renamed to align with the Celtic Wheel and honour our local influence.
There is the Irish lore of Fionn MaCumhaill/McCool, leader of the Fianna gaining great wisdom from the Salmon of Knowledge at the well under the Hazel Tree. It's close to my heart as my birthday is on the horizon. I LOVE hazelnuts and not surprisingly Salmon too. I'm always seeking new knowledge, fascinated by the druids... Perhaps I'll become one....

Pair this a mercury retrograde and other cosmic influences this week, can you feel the shake up energy?
Deep emotions rising to the surface?
Desire to completely uproot or change direction?
Listen to that inner voice, the inner truth.

I've been crying practically every day since the last full moon. Every. Damn. Day.
Mercury Retrogrades can hit me hard so I'm trying to go gentle this time.
There's a deep sorrow in my heart, some big decisions I need to make, changes on the horizon...
I've really been feeling the suffering of this Earth and the downfall of humanity.

However, I do have enough hope and love in my heart to keep calm & carry on.
Trust the process.
Listen to the inner wisdom.

I hope you can all find a way to honour and celebrate this super moon. Submerging into a body of water is best but may not be accessible. Finding ways to honour her and your beautiful self is key.

Heavy charged energy this week, can you feel it?
I feel like I'm about to crack open, a big release is seriously needed. Shedding a very thick skin.
Very emotional today. Crying for no reason (in my follicular phase🙃) and fighting off a sinus infection. Oh the joys. Serious inner conflicts going on.

Full moons usually represent the completion of a six-month cycle, but this full moon is extra special.

What happened during the first full moon in Capricorn on June 21?
Whatever came up then will return for a final review during this second full moon.

You have a 2nd chance to react differently to the end of a cycle.
Choose wisely, so that you don’t regret anything you did or didn’t do between these two full moons.
